the Government of the Republic of Guinea Bissau Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank (adb) Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank to Finance P2 P2rs, and Intends to Use Part of This Loan to Make Payments Under the Anchoring Works Contract for the Development of Rice Areas (275 Ha). for This Contract, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank's Guidelines Applicable to Disbursements Under Investment Project Financing. |
